ISO-KF blank flanges are used to securely seal unused vacuum ports in foreline and high-vacuum systems. Manufactured in accordance with ISO 2861.  

Vacuum range: down to 1 × 10⁻⁸  mbar 

Temperature range: −20 to +200 °C, depending on the sealing material  

Available materials: Al = Aluminium, 304 = 304 Stainless Steel, 316 = 316 Stainless Steel.
