All orders are shipped using FedEx delivery services. Products are packaged securely and professionally, in accordance with industry standards, to ensure safe transport of industrial and technical equipment.
Orders are processed after full payment has been received.
Once the total order value, including the confirmed shipping cost, has been credited to our account, we will arrange shipment of the goods. Shipping preparation and dispatch are carried out with due care to protect the products during transport.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and product type. For certain products, especially oversized or special-handling items, shipping costs may require individual calculation. In such cases, the final shipping cost will be confirmed by our team before payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected FedEx service. Estimated delivery times will be communicated once the shipment has been dispatched.
After dispatch, customers will receive an email notification containing the FedEx tracking link, which allows real-time tracking of the shipment directly on the FedEx website.
We ship to EU countries and selected international destinations. International shipments may be subject to local customs procedures, regulations, and additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
